These flat cushioning insoles are made from 3mm thick medical-grade poron urethane. They are sold as a pair (and the price includes shipping). Use your current insoles or shoes to measure the length that is required and select that size above. They can easily be trimmed with scissors to get a better fit.

The poron insole materials offer more shock absorption cushioning than other materials. With more shock absorption and cushioning in the insole means less shock to feet and joints. In most lab testing of materials, poron outperforms foams, neoprene, sponge rubber, latex foam and viscoelastics. Poron offers the most comfort and is very flexible. Poron retains its softness and flexibility, resisting the tendency of other insole materials to bottom out and flatten and lose their effectiveness over time.

How to determine which is the right amount of cushioning or shock absorption for me?
One way to do this is to squeeze the material between your fingers. If it easily compresses then it is too soft and there is no way that the material is going to be able to cushion anything under the foot. That is why the medical grade poron that we use for these insoles is so good. When you compress it between your fingers you can get a feel for what it is likely to do when you put it in the shoe under the foot.

How long does shipping take?
We ship every day. Most orders are sent the day we get them. However, we are at the mercy of Australia Post or the different couriers that we use after that. This can vary from a few days up to a week or so and obviously more during the festive season. We do try our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Do the inserts come in a left or right?
Yes, they are sold as a pair with slightly different shapes for the left and right foot.

How well do these insole fit into the shoe?
They are only 3mm thick, so they will fit easily into most types of footwear.

Do the poron cushioning insoles absorb moisture?
No, they are water or moisture resistant.

Do they support the arch?
No. These are flat insoles for superior cushioning and shock absorption. If you think you need arch support as well as cushioning, then try these.

Years. Poron is very resistant to bottoming out, so they do last at least a year or so.

What if I order the wrong size of cushioning insole?
Just send it back and we will send the size that you need OR use scissors to trim the insole down to the right fit. If you are unsure of your size, then just order a slighlty bigger one and trim that down.
