How long does shipping take?
We ship every day. Most orders are sent the day we get them. However, we are at the mercy of Australia Post or the different couriers that we use after that. This can vary from a few days up to a week or so and obviously more during the festive season. We do try our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Do these metatarsal pads come with a self adhesive?
Yes, they have a self-adhesive backing that peels off so it can be stuck on the foot or on an insole or in the shoe

They should be placed just behind the metatarsal heads on the foot or on an insole or in the shoe (see this).
How are these different to your rubber metatarsal dome pads?
The rubber metatarsal done pads come in 3 different sizes and do not have a self adhesive (they need to be glued in place). The felt metatarsal pads have a self adhesive. The rubber metatarsal dome pads will last longer, but the felt self-adhesive pads are easier to handle. The rubber ones come in 3 sizes; the felt pads come in one size but can be trimmed with scissors. The rubber ones are sold as a pair; the felt one come as a set of 12.
