Description
The PediRoller is a popular exercise aid that can be helpful to offer some relief from common heel and arch foot pain. Used regularly, the PediRoller can maintain healthy feet and address problems of heel and arch pain such as plantar fasciitis. It is a good massage aid to roll the foot over, especially if your feet are tired at the end of the day.
The PediRoller helps stretch the plantar fascia. This is a band of connective tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot, so stretching it increases flexibility and can reduce pain. Its ridged or ribbed design massages tired feet, reducing tension and stimulating circulation to the affected areas. It can be used as cold therapy by chilling or freezing before use, which will help reduce inflammation and combat pain.
See the news post on the research can self massage for plantar fasciitis and how the PediRoller can help.
How to use the PediRoller:
There is an exercise guide within the pack to follow. Roll the bottom of the foot back and forth from heel to arch. Repeat this for 3 to 5 or more minutes twice a day. Freezing the product before use will help if the area is inflamed.

Frequently asked questions about the PediRoller
How long does shipping take?
We ship every day. Most orders are sent the day we get them. However, we are at the mercy of Australia Post or the different couriers that we use after that. This can vary from a few days up to a week or so and obviously more during the festive season. We do try our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.

I was glad to find this product. I came across some old advice about freezing some water in the old glass Coca-Cola bottle that had the curves and then rubbing the foot back and forward across the frozen bottle. You can’t get those Coca-Cola bottles with the curves any more. This PediRoller is the next best thing to that.
